At My Tots Kitchen, every menu is thoughtfully designed to nourish growing bodies with balance, variety, and care. Our meals are built on the principles of Canada’s Food Guide, emphasizing vegetables and fruit, whole grains, and quality protein sources in developmentally appropriate proportions.
The portion guide you see reflects typical servings for children aged 12–24 months. Foods are offered in small, manageable amounts that support safe self-feeding, texture exploration, and responsive eating practices. Portions may vary based on individual appetite and developmental readiness, as we respect each child’s hunger and fullness cues.
Our goal is simple: balanced nutrition, gentle exposure to diverse flavors, and confident, healthy eaters.
Mondays
Portion Guide: 1-Year-Old
Monday’s menu includes turmeric jasmine rice, organic chicken meatball, roasted yellow potatoes, steamed broccoli, fresh banana, roasted butternut squash, and organic milk.

Tuesdays
Portion Guide: 1-Year-Old
Tuesday’s menu features turmeric jasmine rice, baked fish, fresh cucumbers, green peas, sweet bell peppers, crisp apple slices, and organic milk.

Wednesdays
